1. Quality & Ingredients 

Where are your supplements made? 

All of our supplements are manufactured in West Jordan, Utah, United States of America. 

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Ingredients are sourced locally and internationally. A large number of ingredients are best sourced internationally to maintain our high-quality standards. 

Are your supplements vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly? 

If you have cause for concern, it is best to email our support team. For example, a large portion of supplements will be allergen-friendly but may be produced in the same facility that uses ingredients that are not allergen-friendly. 

Are your supplements made in a certified facility? 

Each supplement formula we provide is manufactured, tested, and bottled in an FDA-compliant and cGMP-registered facility to ensure the highest standards. Our manufacturer maintains current and valid GMP certification, along with other relevant certifications, to uphold this commitment to quality assurance.

2. Usage & Effectiveness 

How long does it take to see results? 

As with any supplement, it is recommended that supplements only be used in conjunction with a strict diet and exercise. If supplements are used in conjunction with a diet and exercise, you should expect to see quicker results than you would have if you had not supplemented your diet and exercise. 

Are your products safe to consume and mix with other products? 

Generally speaking, it is unlikely you would be supplementing with enough products to warrant a concern. However, it is always best to check if you have cause for concern. For example, if you were to stack two supplements together that both contained caffeine, it may be too much caffeine to consume in one serving. 

What are the recommended dosages? 

Each recommended dosage is mentioned on the label of that specific product. If you have questions surrounding stacking particular supplements (and dosages), please reach out to the support team. 

Are your products safe to mix with medication?

Unfortunately, the answer can only be to consult your doctor. We are not medical professionals, and it's not worth risking a bad reaction. 

3. Logistics & Shipping 

Where is your facility located?

Again, our facility is located in West Jordan, Utah, United States of America. 

How long does it take to receive an order?

If you are located within the United States of America (USA), you should expect delivery within five to ten working days. Outside of the  United States, you should expect delivery within two to four working weeks. However, we always try to exceed expectations.

My order is taking too long to receive or is held up.

There are a number of reasons your order may be held up: It is likely an issue with the carrier or customs. Regardless, it is best that you follow up with the carrier company—they will ask questions about delivery and address issues that we can not answer on your behalf. 

4. Contact & Refunds 

How do I get in contact with the Support team?

Do you have a refund policy? 

In short, we do not offer refunds. However, we also understand there are circumstances that require special consideration. If an exchange can not be justified, we'll consider refunds in special circumstances. 

Do you have an exchange policy? 

We are happy to provide exchanges for products that have been incorrectly sent or damaged. With that said, we may not always cover damage caused by the carrier. If fault can be attributed to our facility or processes, we will provide a no-questions-asked exchange. In order for us to assess damage or incorrect product, please attach in your email to support  an image of the incorrect or damaged product.

There is an issue with my shipment; what do I do? 

Regardless of the issue, you'll want to contact support. Our support team is trained to guide you through the appropriate solution/action.
